Terms and Conditions of sbb88 Use

Clause 1 — Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, "sbb88" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under international licensing. "Player" or "member" means any individual who has registered an account with sbb88 and is aged 21 years or above. "Services" covers all betting products, casino games, sports betting, and transaction facilities provided by sbb88.

"Account balance" is the total cash available in a player's account excluding bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement. "Bonus" is additional funds credited in accordance with specific promotional terms. "Wagering requirement" means the number of times the bonus value must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted.

Clause 4 — Deposits and Payment Methods

sbb88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking (FPX) and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The minimum deposit amount for each method is RM30.

All deposits must be made using an account or digital wallet registered in the player's own name. Deposits using third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in funds being held until verification is complete. sbb88 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties including banks or digital wallet providers.

Clause 5 — Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests that meet all requirements are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes depending on the chosen method and current network conditions. sbb88 reserves the right to request verification documents before approving a withdrawal to ensure transaction security.

Withdrawals may only be made to an account or wallet registered in the same name as the sbb88 account. If there is fraud or suspicious activity, sbb88 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal while an investigation is carried out.

Clause 6 — Bonuses and Promotions

sbb88 offers various bonuses to new and existing players. The welcome bonus provides 150% extra on the first deposit, up to RM500. For example, a deposit of RM100 will generate a bonus of RM150 bringing the total balance to RM250, with a wagering requirement of RM150 × 10 = RM1,500 to be met before a withdrawal is permitted. For a deposit of RM800, a bonus of RM500 will be credited with a balance of RM1,300 and a wagering requirement of RM500 × 10 = RM5,000.

All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement may be claimed. sbb88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is any attempt to abuse or manipulate the promotions system.

The sbb88 VIP programme covers three tiers: Bronze with up to 0.3% weekly cashback, Silver with up to 0.5% weekly cashback, and Gold with up to 0.8% weekly cashback. Clause 7 — Betting Rules

All game results recorded in the sbb88 system are final. Any technical error affecting a game outcome will be investigated and resolved at sbb88's discretion. Bets placed during a system outage may be declared void and the bet amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

The use of automation software, bots, or any system designed to exploit games is prohibited. sbb88 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in every game.

Clause 8 — Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sbb88 platform:

• Money laundering or illegal financial activity in any form;
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual;
• Use of third-party payment methods without authorisation;
• Manipulation or exploitation of software vulnerabilities;
• Colluding with other players to cheat in live table games;
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal a real location;
• Any form of fraud intended to obtain unauthorised gains.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account freezing, forfeiture of the entire balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities.

In any circumstances, the maximum liability of sbb88 to a player shall not exceed the value of that player's most recent deposit.

Clause 11 — Account Suspension and Closure

sbb88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting customer support.
